If you are making an insurance claim for your damaged laptop or desktop PC your insurer will likely require an insurance claim report detailing the damage, cause and cost of repairs or replacement.
We charge a flat rate of $120 to provide you with a comprehensive report with all the necessary information required to process your claim. Usually the insurer will pay the for the cost of the report.
In order to complete the report we will need your device for a period of 1-2 days. During this time we will assess and test the device to determine the scope of the damage and likely cause.
Once we have completed this process we will provide you with a detailed report stating the damage, likely cause and estimated cost of repairs or replacement. If you’re unsure call us to find out how we can help. We can often give a rough estimate of the likely costs over the phone before proceeding with the report.
