Onsite Computer Repair Rates
Are you unsure of how much your repairs will cost? It is important to us that you have an accurate expectation of;
- How long your repairs will take
- An estimate of the total cost
That is why when one of our technicians arrive on-site they will be able to give you an assessment within the first 15 minutes of how long you can expect your PC repairs to take as well as the best advice on what is the ideal solution – according to your needs. Our onsite consultation – at your home or office – is $90 for the first hour (with a minimum of 1 hour). Then $45 per 30 minutes or part thereof up to a maximum of 3 hours.
Price Cap Guarantee – Pay No More Then 3 Hours
We are so confident in our ability to fix your computer that we guarantee it will take no longer then 3 hours. If it does, or if we have to take it off-site for repairs, we won’t charge you for any additional time.
